Change something else about your export operations
How to make a change to a registered establishment that's not listed elsewhere.
Common adjustments you can make in the Export Service include changing, adding or removing:
- a commodity
- a product
- an operation
- an overseas listing
- a structural change for a registered establishment’s facilities or equipment.
Examples of other types of variations may include:
- Change of an approved arrangement.
- Change of registered business name(s) in an existing Australian Business Number (ABN). For more information, go to Change a business name.
- Change an registered establishment's address in the event of council rezoning. For example, a lot number change. This is an administrative change only. A registered establishment's physical address can't be changed. For more information, go to Change a location.
If you would like to make a change not listed here, follow these steps to apply to make the change:
- Sign in to your Export Service account.
- Under 'Your linked businesses', select the business name.
- In the side menu, select ‘Establishments’.
- Under ‘Your establishments’, select the establishment name.
- Select the ‘Export operations’ tab.
- Under ‘Update your registration’, select ‘Make another type of variation’.
- Provide details of the changes you want to make to your establishment.
- Follow the prompts to complete and submit your application to vary your establishment.
