Edit an application

How to change applications for a registered establishment before you submit them to us in your account.

You can only edit a draft application for a registered establishment before you submit it to us.

To edit your application:

  1. Sign in to your Export Service account.
  2. Under 'Your linked businesses', select the business name.
  3. In the side menu, select ‘Establishments’.
  4. Under ‘Your establishments’, select the establishment name.
  5. Select the ‘Your applications’ tab.
  6. Find your application by checking the type and date it was submitted.
  7. Select ‘Edit’ next to the application.
  8. If it’s a management or control application, follow the prompts to edit, add or remove a person. All other applications will open at the step you last saved and exited it at.
  9. Check the Progress bar to see the status of each part of the application. Complete the application steps still in progress or to do.
  10. To edit steps already complete, select it in the Progress bar. Make your changes and select ‘Continue’.
  11. Follow the prompts to complete and submit the application.
